Course Overview

Data Science is one of the best-suited professions to thrive this century. It is digital, programming-oriented, and analytical. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that the demand for data scientists has been escalating in the job marketplace. 

As the industry is racing to harness the power of data, the demand for data science professionals is growing at an increasing rate. Students will develop skills to make data-based decisions with uncertain or ambiguous conditions, and develop models for decision-making in a business setting.

Data science or analytics is the process of deriving insights from data in order to make optimal decisions. The objective of the course is to learn analytical models and overview quantitative algorithms for solving engineering and business problems.
